1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro or Maxx subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your data, links, and products are preserved — you won't lose anything
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features

2. Refund Policy — Subscription Plans

First-time subscribers:

If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. No questions asked.

Renewal charges:

We send a reminder email 3 days before renewal. If you do not cancel before renewal and request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, we will process a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days of first payment
  • Annual plan refunds after 30 days
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms violations
  • Partial month refunds (subscriptions are billed in full periods)

3. Refund Policy — Digital Products

Linqin.in is a platform — digital products are sold directly by creators. Refund policies for digital products vary by seller:

  • Contact the seller directly for product-related refund requests
  • If the seller is unresponsive, contact us at support@linqin.in
  • Digital products (eBooks, courses, downloads) are generally non-refundable once accessed
  • We mediate disputes between buyers and sellers at our discretion

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a subscription payment:

  • Email billing@linqin.in with subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email and reason for refund
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method

5. Referral Earnings

Referral earnings (₹100 per qualified referral) are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless specifically stated. Earnings credited due to fraudulent activity will be reversed.
