By accessing or using Linqin.in ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Linqin.in is a Link-in-Bio platform that allows creators, businesses, and individuals ("Users") to:
- Create a personalized profile page at linqin.in/username
- Share unlimited links on their profile
- Sell digital products and services
- Accept payments via Razorpay and PayPal
- Capture leads through DM Funnels
- Access analytics and growth tools
3. User Accounts
To use Linqin.in, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one free account
- You must not impersonate any person or entity
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Post or share illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
- Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Sell prohibited items including counterfeit goods, illegal substances, or adult content without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Linqin.in offers Free, Pro (₹499/month), and Maxx (₹999/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (international). By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
6. Digital Products & Transactions
When you sell digital products through Linqin.in, you act as the seller and are solely responsible for:
- The quality and accuracy of your products
- Fulfilling orders and delivering purchased products to buyers
- Handling customer service for your products
- Compliance with applicable laws including GST/tax obligations
Linqin.in charges 0% platform transaction fee. Standard payment gateway fees apply (Razorpay ~2%, PayPal as per their pricing).
7. Referral Program
The Linqin Referral Program allows users to earn ₹100 for each successful referral (when a referred user upgrades to a paid plan). Referral earnings are subject to verification and may be withheld for fraudulent activity. Linqin reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The Linqin.in platform, its design, logo, and original content are owned by Linqin and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of content you create and publish on your profile. By uploading content, you grant Linqin a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your public profile will be immediately removed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linqin.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
